Physical Products
- Unopened and unused products may be returned within 7–14 days of delivery.
- Products must be in original packaging.
- Opened, used, or tampered products cannot be returned.
Non-Returnable Items

- Digital products
- Virtual consultations or services
Refunds
- Once your return is received and inspected, approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method.
- Shipping fees are non-refundable.
- Refund processing may take 5–10 business days.
Damaged or Incorrect Orders
If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos via the contact options on our homepage.
